Tenryu have been making blades since 1910 and needless to say they make a huge range of high quality saw blades for all sorts of applications. The Tenryu CF-16524W Saw Blade is Designed for Timber Cutting with Cordless Circular Saws, it’s a Thin Kerf Blade which Provides Less Drag on Your Tool to Achieve more Cuts Per Battery Charge. The Blade is Made in Japan and Has Heat Expansion Slots to keep it Cutting True, Precision Honed High Grade Carbide Teeth with an ATAF Grind for an Easier Shearing Action and it’s Ideal for Framing and General Purpose Timber Cutting in Hardwood and Softwood. They Suit various saws Such as Makita BSS611, BSS610, DeWALT DC390, Milwaukee V18, V28 & M18 Saws and Hitachi C18DL and of course any other 6-1/2″ Saw with a 5/8″ Arbor Size. Some saws have a 20mm Arbor even though it may be the same model so it’s always best to Check Your Blade Bore Size.

These cut Non ferrous metals (such as Aluminium) faster, cleaner and easier. Save time, save money. Tenryu’s complete series of metal cutting saw blades called for cordless saws “Cord-Free” makes light work out of all kinds of non ferrous metal: Aluminium studs, sheet, pipe, channel and much more. Specially formulated C-6 carbide grade, combined with a unique tip design, resists breakage on impact and lasts longer. Much longer than standard carbides or abrasive discs. Special tooth geometry with “inserted” tooth design greatly improves security of the tip, efficiency and durability.

Abrasive discs throw sparks and lots of dust including fiberglass. You shouldn’t be breathing it in. Tenryu metal cutting blades reduce spark production and eliminate abrasive wheel dust. Abrasive discs also wear quickly, requiring frequent blade changes. Tenryu metal cutting blades allow you to keep working, eliminating down time for frequent blade changes. In addition, they cut 5 to 10 times faster than abrasives. Typically, one blade will outlast somewhere between 15 to 30 abrasive blades. Abrasive discs also leave a sharp burr at the cutting edge that must be removed later. Metal cutting blades cut clean, eliminating this extremely time-consuming after-cut process. Tenryu have been making blades since 1910 and they make a large range of high quality saw blades to suit a huge variety of applications. The Tenryu AC-18560D 185mm Saw Blade is a TCG blade designed for cutting aluminium and non-ferrous metals, such as copper and brass, they also cut plastic very well. The blade features Construction grade carbide to resist cracking and chipping, with a triple chip grind for long blade life. These blades have a 5/8″ (16mm) Bore which suits quite a few different saws. Check your bore size if your not sure what it is, some tools have a 20mm Arbor.
