They are Ground with very sharp cutting edges without a bevel for a Shear cut with controlled micro cutting edge misalignment for the most precise cutting of even the thinnest of wires and for a long service life. The Cutting edges additionally induction hardened, cutting edge hardness approx’ 64 HRC. Precision shaped tips can cut wires resting on a board from 0.2mm diameter. They also have an opening spring and opening limiter and are suitable for cutting fibre optics
