This set contains 6 covers (3 sets) for use with optimised Knipex 250mm wrench pliers that are the newer version, ie: Post 2018, with the size scale and with the offset ridges on the side of the jaws for the covers to clip onto. Note: These will not suit the older wrench pliers that have a completely smooth side on the jaw (pre 2018). Check listing pictures. The covers offer a soft surface when dealing with delicate chrome fittings and other sensitive materials due to the soft smooth gripping surface. Particularly useful if the jaws on the wrench have been damaged and are a little rough and you don’t want to leave marks on chromed fittings.
